On this page you will find the terms & conditions of the Christmas Hamper Giveaway from 6th December 2023 – 20th December 2023.
- The promoter is Rotech Machines Limited, company no. 03332329 whose registered office is at Suite 6 Mercer Manor Barns, Sherington, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, England, MK16 9PU.
- The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Rotech Machines Limited.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
- By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only two entries permitted per person (one standard and one bonus). You may not use multiple LinkedIn accounts to enter.
- Closing date for entry will be 20th December at 10:00am. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. The prize
The giveaway hamper consists of the following products:

- Orange County CBD bath bomb set

- 3 x Sauce Shop sauces – Brussels sprout ketchup, buffalo hot sauce & original BBQ sauce

- Rotech mug, pen, sticky notes & tape measure

9. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter by 20th December 14:00pm.
10. The winner will be notified by direct message on Linkedin within 2 days of the closing date. To claim the prize, the winner must notify the promoter of the address of where they would like the prize to be sent. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and choose another winner at random.
11. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize has been sent and when they should expect delivery.
12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
