We are dedicated to helping keep businesses running during this difficult period and as such, continue to offer support to all our customers and supply consumables as and when needed.

Below we outline the measures we have put in place to adapt to this unique crisis.


Coding and marking consumables

As it stands, we still have an excellent supply of consumables, and we can ship these to our customers in good time. Unfortunately, due to the increased demand placed for couriers at this time, we are no longer able to guarantee next-day delivery.

Our employees are also adhering to strict hygiene regulations and taking extra precautions to reduce the unnecessary handling of our products.

Short Term Equipment Hire

To help meet an unexpected increase in production, our coding equipment is currently available on a short-term hire basis and can be delivered to your site and set up quickly. If you’re unsure about what you need, we can test your samples on our equipment, verify your options and provide you with the ideal solution to keep your business productive while keeping costs low.

Technical support

Our technical engineers’ priority is to keep your lines running as normal.

We can offer technical support on any of our printers or systems remotely, quickly, and efficiently via telephone or through our new remote video services. This can be arranged by calling our service team on 01707 682642 or by email [email protected]

If we are unable to rectify an issue remotely, we will send a service engineer to site. These visits will take priority over non-essential activities.
