As Rotech continues to grow and develop, so does our team. Most recently we have been joined by Maya, who brings extensive experience in business, sales, and customer service to her new role as our Internal Sales Executive. A role which will see her working closely with Steve, James, and Jade, to ensure that we continue delivering an exceptional customer journey —from the very first conversation through to installation, support and aftercare.
In just her first month, Maya has been testing samples on our feeding systems and printers, making courtesy calls and visiting manufacturing sites. She’s proving to be a great asset to the team, and we are looking forward to introducing her to both existing and new customers!
Maya Smith’s background
Whilst studying Business and Sociology at A-Level, Maya began breeding and selling reptiles, turning her passion into a business. This entrepreneurial spirit not only gave her hands-on experience in sales but also sparked her love for working closely with customers.
After school, Maya progressed as a Property Consultant in London and then as a Customer Advisor in the power tool industry, where she developed crucial problem solving, customer service and sales skills.
When Maya’s not busy helping our customers, she enjoys basketball, playing darts, and collecting trainers and Lego – which is a shared interest between a few members of the team at Rotech!
